One Individual is facing charges after multiple reports of a suspicious person around Robert Street.

On November 27, 2025, shortly after 3 pm, the Sioux Lookout detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was notified of an individual attempting to enter vehicles and dwellings.

Within minutes police were on scene and able to locate and arrest the subject.

Lyndon WABASSE, 29-years-old, of Webequie First Nation has been charged with:

• Break, Enter a Dwelling House - two counts
• Mischief - two counts

The accused was held for bail and released with a future court date.
