(SOUTH PORCUPINE, ON) - The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responds to possible impaired driver.

On Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at approximately 12:00 pm, the Iroquois Falls OPP responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 11, Clergue Township, in Iroquois Falls.

As a result of the investigation, Cole HALLAM, 34 years-old, of Sables-Spanish Rivers Township was arrested and charged with the following offences.

• Failure or refusal to comply with demand
• Operation while prohibited under the Criminal Code
• Possession of a Schedule I substance - methamphetamine

The driver’s vehicle was impounded for 45 days.

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice, in Timmins, on Thursday, July 24, 2025.
