(KINCARDINE, ON) - The South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a theft of a purse from a residence along Alice Street in Kincardine.

On October 6, 2025, between the hours of 7:30 pm, and 8:10 pm, an unknown male entered a residence along Alice Street in Kincardine and made contact with the homeowner inside, claiming they were locked out of their own residence and requested to use their phone book. The homeowner allowed the male to look through the phone book, who departed shortly thereafter. After the individual left, the homeowner noticed their purse had been taken.

Police are looking for information on the following:

• Male with tan complexion, approximately 55-years-of-age, 5’2” in height, medium build, short hair, wearing a black t-shirt. Believed to have been operating a white Ford pick-up truck
