OPP INVESTIGATE DISTURBANCE

One Individual Charged

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - An individual has been charged following a disturbance investigation in Simcoe.

On Monday, October 27, 2025, at approximately 3:13 pm, the Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a disturbance involving a patron at a business located on Highway 3 in Simcoe.

Officers attended the scene, located the individual, and took them into custody without incident.

As a result, a 56-year-old with no fixed address was charged with the following alleged offence:

• Being intoxicated in common area of residence
