(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON)  Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigating a fatal collision in North Middlesex.

On August 15, 2025, at approximately 11:25 pm, emergency services including members of the Middlesex County OPP, Middlesex-London Paramedic Service and Thames Centre Fire, were dispatched to Cedar Swamp Road between McGillivray Drive and Mooresville Drive in the Municipality of North Middlesex, for the report of a single vehicle collision.

Investigation revealed a vehicle travelling on Cedar Swamp Road, left the roadway and rolled.

The driver, a 37-year-old male from North Middlesex, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Members of the West Region Traffic Incident Management Enforcement team attended the scene along with Emergency Response Team and the Canine Unit to assist with the investigation.

Cedar Swamp Road between McGillivary Drive and Moorseville Drive was closed for the investigation.
