(TECUMSEH, ON)- Tecumseh Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment with the assistance of the Essex County OPP Crime Unit is investigating an assault in the Town of Tecumseh.

On June 29, 2025, at approximately 8:00 pm, officers responded to the report of an assault on Arlington Boulevard near Hayes Avenue in Tecumseh. The victim sustained injuries that required hospitalization. 

As a result, David BAILLARGEON, 56 years of age of Windsor, has been charged with:

• Aggravated Assault

The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice -Windsor on August 5, 2025.
