(MISSISSAUGA, ON) - Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Highway Safety Division are investigating a fatal single vehicle rollover on Highway 401 at Highway 410.

On Sunday, August 10, 2025, at approximately 3:30 am, officers attended the scene of a collision on the Highway 401 eastbound ramp to northbound Highway 410. The driver of the vehicle, a 23-year-old female from Brampton, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The passenger, a 25-year-old female also from Brampton, was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The Highway 401 eastbound ramp to Highway 410 northbound was closed for the investigation but has since reopened.
