(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal collision that occurred in the Wilsonville area.

At approximately 6:38 pm on Thursday, July 10, 2025, the Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), along with Norfolk County Paramedic Services and the Norfolk County Fire Department, responded to a collision involving a motorcycle on Indian Line near Wilsonville.

The investigation determined that the motorcycle was travelling along Indian Line when it left the roadway, causing the operator to sustain serious, life-threatening injuries. The individual, a 43-year-old from Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Indian Line was closed for several hours between County Line and Cemetery Road; however, it has since reopened.
