(NORTH YORK, ON) - Members of the Highway Safety Division of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a fatal collision involving a transport truck and a pedestrian in North York.

On Sunday, November 9, 2025, at approximately 6:45 pm, Toronto OPP officers were notified of a collision on Highway 401 westbound express at Keele Street overpass. A 30-year-old male was pronounced deceased at the scene. All westbound lanes on Highway 401 at the Keele overpass were previously closed for investigation but have since reopened.

The investigation is ongoing, and Toronto OPP is seeking the public’s assistance to identify the transport truck involved in this incident.
