(ADMASTON/BROMLEY, ON) - Members of the Renfrew Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a fatal single-vehicle collision that occurred in the Township of Admaston/Bromley.
On Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at approximately 9:30 pm, OPP officers, along with local fire services and emergency medical services, responded to a report of a single-vehicle collision involving an SUV and loose horses on Highway 132 near Hass Road.
A 39-year-old female driver from Arnprior was pronounced deceased at the scene. Three horses are also deceased as a result of the collision.
The investigation by the Renfrew OPP is continuing, with assistance from members of the OPP Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) team, including a Collision Reconstructionist and Technical Collision Investigator.
The OPP recognizes the emotional impact this incident has on the local community.
