OPP INVESTIGATING FATAL CRASH

   One Person Deceased, One Individual Transported to Hospital

(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) - A two vehicle crash has claimed the life of one person and has sent one other to hospital with injuries.

On Saturday, November 8, 2025, at approximately 1:36 pm, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) County of Brant Detachment, Fire Services and Emergency Medical Services responded to collision involving two vehicles on Muir Line.

It has been determined that two vehicles collided while travelling along Muir Line. The driver of the first vehicle was transported to hospital with undetermined injuries. The driver of the second vehicle, a 26-year-old from Norfolk County, suffered serious life-threatening injuries and was pronounced deceased on scene.

Muir Line between Eighth Concession and Ninth Concession is expected to be closed for the next several hours while police continue to investigate.
