(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP, ON) - (GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP, ON) - The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is on scene with a collision involving a pedestrian and a transport truck on Wellington Road 124 within Guelph-Eramosa Township.

On July 22, 2025, at approximately 5:00 am, members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), alongside local emergency services responded to a collision on Wellington Road 124 just east of Wellington Road 29.

The pedestrian was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The OPP Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) team has been contacted and will be assisting with the investigation.

As a result of the collision, Wellington Road 124 is closed from Wellington Road 29 to Wellington Road 27.

The investigation is ongoing, and police are asking the public to please avoid the area.
