OPP INVESTIGATING SERIOUS COLLISION IN BEETON
(BEETON, ON) - Members of the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a serious motor vehicle collision in Beeton.
On December 4, 2025, shortly after 10:00 am, officers responded to a collision involving a van and a truck pulling a cattle trailer that occurred on Side Road 10 and 11th line. The passenger of the van sustained serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital where they were then airlifted to a trauma centre in Toronto by Ornge Air Ambulance. No injuries reported for either drivers or cattle.
Sideroad 10 remains closed, between 10th Line and 11th Line in Beeton, while OPP Technical Collision Investigators attend the scene. Motorists are asked to avoid the area and take alternate routes.
