(TECUMSEH, ON)- The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a serious collision on Manning Road in the Town of Tecumseh.

On Thursday, July 10, 2025, at approximately 3:42 pm, officers from the Tecumseh Detachment of the OPP responded to a single vehicle collision on Manning Road south of County Road 22.

Tecumseh Fire and Rescue and Essex-Windsor Emergency Medical Services (EMS), assisted with extrication of the driver from the vehicle. The driver who was the lone occupant was transported to hospital with serious injuries.

Manning Road was closed for several hours for the investigation but have since been reopened.

The investigation remains ongoing.
