(KENORA, ON)  - Members of the Kenora Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested an individual which resulted in the seizure of 34.31g of suspected fentanyl and 7.37g of suspected methamphetamine. The seized drugs have a combined street value of approximately $28,000.

On September 24th, 2025, members of the Kenora Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB) and members of the Kenora OPP detachment arrested a male on an outstanding bench warrant. During a search incident to arrest, police located and seized 34.31g of suspected fentanyl, 7.37g of suspected methamphetamine, a cell phone and Canadian Currency.

As a result of this investigation, Logan MCGUFFIN, 31-years-old of Kenora, ON has been arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code and Controlled drugs and Substances Act offences:

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of Trafficking - Opioid
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of Trafficking - Methamphetamine
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000

The accused is being held in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Kenora on the 25th of September, 2025.
