PAIR OF DRIVERS CHARGED WITH IMPAIRED OPERATION
(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - Two individuals have been charged following separate impaired driving investigations.
On Saturday, December 6, 2025, at approximately 8:07 pm, a Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer conducted a traffic stop on Norfolk Street North in Simcoe.
After speaking with the driver, the individual was taken into custody without incident.
As a result, 58-year-old Tracey TAYLOR of Hamilton was charged with the following alleged offences:
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs, - Dangerous operation, - Obstruct Peace Officer
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
Officers located the driver at a nearby address and, following an interaction, took them into custody without incident.
As a result, 60-year-old Brent MILLARD of Norfolk County was charged with the following alleged offences:
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs, - Failure or refusal to comply with demand
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
