PUBLIC ASSISTANCE REQUIRED
(BRANT, ON) - On January 13th, 2026, Brant County OPP were called to investigate a fraud that occurred in the town of Burford, Ontario. Brant County OPP spoke to the Complainant who stated that a construction company called 24 Hour Roofing and Masonry has been going to Brant County homes selling home repairs and renovations. On January 9th at approximately 11:00 am, the Complainant paid a male representative of the company $5,000.00 for chimney repairs to his home. The work was started but never completed. The employee is described as male, white, approximately 35 years old, 6’0 tall, 230 lbs and driving a black pick-up truck.
