(WEST ELGIN, ON) - Elgin Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged an individual with theft of a motor vehicle.

On Monday, October 13, 2025, at approximately 6:29 pm, police were notified by the owner of a motor vehicle that it was stolen and recovered in the City of London.

As a result of the investigation, Cody WHITE a 27-year-old from West Elgin was charged under the Criminal Code with Theft of Motor Vehicle.

The accused was released on an Undertaking and scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in St. Thomas on Monday, November 10, 2025.
