(KINCARDINE, ON) - On August 16, 2025, at approximately 1:45 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E.) along Bruce Road 23, Municipality of Kincardine.

A vehicle entered the area where police then spoke with the driver. The investigating officer detected signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and transported for further testing.

Domenic BERNARDI, 37-years-old, of New Brunswick, was charged with:

• Operation while impaired, CC 320.14(1)(a)

The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Court of Justice on September 24, 2025, to answer to the charge.
