(KINCARDINE, ON) - On June 16, 2025, at approximately 10:07 pm, members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) program at Albert Road and Bruce Road 15, Municipality of Kincardine.

A vehicle entered the area where the investigating officer spoke to the driver and detected signs of impairment. They were placed under arrest and transported for further testing by a Drug Recognition Evaluator (DRE).

Tyler WOOLMAN, 21-years-old, resident of Sombra, was charged with:

• Operation while impaired - blood drug concentration, CC 320.14(1)(c)

The accused is set to appear on July 30, 2025, at the Walkerton Court of Justice to answer to the charge.
