FROM: Child Sexual Exploitation Unit

(SARNIA, ON) - The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Child Sexual Exploitation Unit (CSEU), with assistance from the Lambton Detachment of the OPP and members of the OPP Digital Forensics Unit, have arrested and charged a Sarnia resident following an online child sexual exploitation investigation.

On Monday, October 6, 2025, police executed a search warrant at a residence in the City of Sarnia and seized a number of electronic devices.

As a result of the investigation, Lloyd Eldon CAMPBELL, 30 years old from Sarnia, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

• Possession of Child Pornography, section 163.1 (4)
• Accessing Child Pornography, section 163.1 (4.1)

The accused was released from custody following a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sarnia on Monday, November 10, 2025.
