(MUNSEE-DELAWARE FIRST NATION, ON) - Individual charged after search warrant executed at an address in Munsee-Delaware First Nation.

On May 27, 2025, members of the Elgin-Middlesex Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), OPP Canine, OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) and the OPP Tactics and Rescue Unit (TRU), executed a search warrant at a residence on Dodem Way in Munsee-Delaware First Nation.

As a result, a 29-year-old of Chippewas of the Thames First Nation, has been charged under the Controlled drugs and Substances Act with:

• Poss of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking-Opioid (other than heroin)
• Poss of a Schedule I Substance - Opioid (other than heroin) (two counts)
• Poss of a Schedule I Substance- Other drugs
