(CENTRE WELLINGTON TWP, ON) - A single-vehicle motorcycle collision in the Township of Centre Wellington has sent the lone operator to hospital by Air Ambulance. 

Just before 10:30 am on Saturday, October 04, 2025, members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Guelph-Wellington Paramedic Services, and Guelph-Eramosa Fire Department responded to a collision on Wellington Road 22 in Centre Wellington Twp.

Upon arrival, emergency services located the motorcycle operator who had sustained serious injuries. The individual was transported by air ambulance to a Hamilton hospital.

The cause of the collision is being investigated. Members from the West Region OPP Traffic Incident Management & Enforcement (TIME) Team are at the scene to assist with the collision investigation. Wellington County Rd 22 between Jones Baseline and Wellington County Rd 29 is currently closed for the investigation.
