OPP INVESTIGATE A SERIOUS MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION

(WEST ELGIN, ON)  - Two vehicles collided on Pioneer Line in the Municipality of West Elgin sending one person to hospital.

On Monday, July 14, 2025, at approximately 5:49 pm, emergency services including Elgin-St. Thomas Emergency Medical Services, Fire Department and the Elgin Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), responded to a collision involving two pick-up trucks.

The one driver was transported to hospital with undetermined injuries and the driver of the second vehicle was uninjured.

Pioneer Line is closed between Kerr Road and Furnival Road. Please do not go around the road closed signs.
