(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) - Driver charged with Impaired after single vehicle collision.

On June 6, 2025, at 6:35 pm, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to Centre Road in North Middlesex for report of a single vehicle collision.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.

As a result, Joseph KILMER, a 45-year-old of Parkhill has been charged under the Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act with:

• Operation while impaired - Alcohol
• Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
• Dangerous operation
• Operation While Prohibited under the Criminal Code
• Driving while under suspension

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on July 29, 2025.

There were no injuries reported.
