(LAKESHORE, ON)- On June 11, 2025, at 6:35 am, members of the Lakeshore Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were dispatched to Gracey Side Road near Lakeshore Road 301 in the Municipality of Lakeshore for report of a single vehicle collision.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to a local OPP detachment.

As a result, Joshua STEINBERG, 47-years-of age \of Lakeshore has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

• Operation while impaired - Alcohol and drugs
• Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor to speak to the charges on July 27, 2025.

There were no injuries reported.
