SINGLE VEHICLE COLLISION LEADS TO IMPAIRED CHARGE
(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) - Driver facing Impaired driving charge after collision in Middlesex Centre.
On December 13, 2025, at 10:27 pm, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to Medway Road in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre, for the report of vehicle that left the road and entered the ditch.
There were no injuries reported.
As a result, Daniel TIMMERS, a 28-year-old of Embro, has been charged under the Criminal Code and Liquor Licence Control Act with:
- Operation while impaired - Alcohol
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
- Driving motor vehicle with liquor readily available
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in London to speak to the charges on January 15, 2026.
