(LEAMINGTON, ON) - An individual from Kingsville is facing impaired driving related charges after a single vehicle collision on Erie Street South.
On November 3, 2025, at approximately 11:42 pm, members of the Leamington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle collision that had occurred on Erie Street South, in the Municipality of Leamington.
Officers attended and spoke with the lone occupant of the vehicle and determined that they had previously consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to a local detachment for further testing. The driver of the vehicle was not injured.
Justin WOOLLVEN, 37-years-old, of Kingsville, has been charged with:
- Operation while Impaired - Alcohol
- Operation while Impaired - Blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on November 14, 2025.
