(OWEN SOUND, ON) - The province’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU) has invoked its mandate following an incident in Owen Sound.

On Saturday, November 22, 2025, at approximately 1:30 am, the Grey Bruce Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a retirement home where a male was in distress. During the interaction, the individual fractured their arm.
