(BROCKTON, ON) - On June 8, 2025, at approximately 7:21 am, a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting radar enforcement along Bruce Road 4 in the Municipality of Brockton.
A vehicle was stopped after it was observed travelling in excess of 110 km/h in a posted 70 km/h zone. The investigating officer spoke to the driver and detected signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest and transported for further testing.
Rohdel LEMON, 26-years-old, resident of Cambridge, was charged with:
- Operation while impaired - B.A.C. 80 plus, CC 320.14(1)(b)
- Drive motor vehicle - perform stunt, HTA 172(1)
The accused is set to appear on July 16, 2025, at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice to answer to the charge.
