(HALDIMAND COUNTY) - On August 16, 2025, the Haldimand detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a stolen vehicle from an Orkney Street, Caledonia address.

The investigation determined that an unknown individual attended the property the evening prior, just before midnight and gained access to the locked vehicle. Once inside, the vehicle was engaged and driven away.

Several power tools were inside the vehicle at the time of the theft.

The stolen vehicle is described as a silver coloured 2005 Chevrolet Silverado, with red maple leaves painted on the hood.
