STUNT DRIVER CHARGED WITH MULTIPLE OFFENCES
(SOUTH-WEST OXFORD, ON) - An individual is charged with multiple offences after being stopped for stunt driving.
On December 21, 2025, at approximately 9:00 am, on Highway 401, in the Township of South-West Oxford, Oxford OPP stopped a vehicle for travelling 162 Kilometers per hour in a posted 100 Kilometer per hour zone.
A 33-year-old G1 driver, from Kitchener, has been charged with:
- Drive Motor Vehicle - Perform Stunt - Excessive Speed
- Operate a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance
- Fail to Surrender Insurance Card
- Class G1 Licence Holder - Unaccompanied by Qualified Driver
- Class G1 Holder - Drive on Prohibited Highway
- Fail to Notify Change of Address
The driver received an immediate 14-Day Drivers Licence Suspension and a 30 day Vehicle Impoundment per statute.
