(RENFREW, ON) - The Renfrew Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one person following a suspicious person call for service.

On Thursday, November 13, 2025, at approximately 8:50 pm, Renfrew OPP officers responded to a suspicious person call for service, in Whitewater Region Township.

As a result of the investigation, Mark BARR age 44 of Whitewater Region Township was charged with:

• Obstruct peace officer
• Two counts of unlawfully in a dwelling house

The accused was released and is schedule to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on December 17, 2025.
