(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) - Driver charged with impaired after suspicious vehicle stopped in Ilderton.

On November 2, 2025, at 2:41 am, a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), while on general patrol, observed a suspicious vehicle on King Street in Ilderton, Municipality of Middlesex Centre, at which time a traffic stop was initiated.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.

As a result, Noah JILESEN, a 19-year-old of Paisley, has been charged under the Criminal Code, Highway Traffic Act and Liquor Licence Control Act with:

  • Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Young driver - B.A.C. above zero
  • Having care or control of a motor vehicle with liquor readily available

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on December 9, 2025.
