(LONDON, ON) - Suspicious vehicle complaint leads to multiple charges.

On November 12, 2025, at 5:52 am, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a suspicious vehicle driving erratically at the London OPP detachment, at 823 Exeter Road in the City of London.  

The vehicle fled the area at which time a traffic stop was initiated on Wellington Road South.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.

As a result, Marcus TSANOFF, a 19-year-old of Welland, has been charged under the Criminal Code, Highway Traffic Act, Liquor Licence Control Act and Controlled drugs and Substances Act with:

• Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
• Failure or refusal to comply with demand
• Dangerous Operation
• Possession of a prohibited device or ammunition
• Drive motor vehicle - Perform Stunt
• Driving motor vehicle with liquor readily available
• Poss of a Schedule I Substance - Opioid (other than heroin)

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on December 18, 2025.
