THEFT OF LOTTERY TICKETS

Seeking Public Assistance to Identify Suspect

(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) - The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of stolen lottery tickets at a local gas station in Puslinch. Investigators seeking public assistance in locating suspect.

On August 22, 2025, at approximately 5:00 pm, the Wellington County OPP were dispatched to a local gas-station on Brock Road South, Puslinch, regarding a theft of several lottery tickets by an unknown suspect.

Investigation revealed on that August 22, 2025, at approximately 2:00 pm, the suspect purchased one lottery ticket, and while the employee was busy, the suspect leaned over the counter and stole several more. The suspect then fled the area in an unknown direction.

Investigators are actively conducting an ongoing investigation and are appealing to the public for assistance in identify the suspect.
