(DOURO-DUMMER TOWNSHIP, ON) - Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a truck, trailer, and two Kubota’s being stolen from a commercial property in Douro-Dummer.

On Thursday August 14, 2025, a Peterborough County OPP officer was dispatched to a report of equipment that had been stolen from a property on County Road 4 in Douro-Dummer Township. The complainant advised that they received a call stating that one of their loaders was found parked in the middle of Douro 8th Line and their white company pickup truck was located a short distance away.

Upon arrival at the property, it was also noted that a trailer and a mini excavator were also missing and had not been located. The theft appeared to have taken place in the early morning of Thursday August 14, 2025.

The trailer, a black J&J Model LD2 flatbed and the orange Kubota model KX40 remain outstanding.
