(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - Police are urging the public to remove all valuables from their vehicles, as thieves persist in targeting both locked and unlocked vehicles.
On Monday, September 22, 2025, at approximately 7:53 am, the Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a theft on Queen Street South in Simcoe.
The investigation determined that, sometime overnight, one or more unidentified individuals entered a vehicle on the property and stole an iPad along with another tablet.
Later that same day, at approximately 1:14 pm, police received a second report of a similar incident on Oak Street in Simcoe. During the overnight hours, one or more unidentified individuals entered a vehicle on the property and stole vehicle documents.
