(BANCROFT, ON) - Members of the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conduct RIDE initiatives seven days a week in both high traffic and rural areas.

On Sunday, September 14, 2025, officers conducted a RIDE program at Ford Stewart Road and Mallard Lake Road in the Township of Carlow Mayo. An approved screening device was used, and two drivers registered a ‘warn’ reading, resulting in a three-day licence suspension for each.
