(GRAND BEND, ON) - A Traffic complaint led to an individual being arrested and charged with impaired driving.

On June 28, 2025, just after 1:40 pm, the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint of a possible impaired driver.

The vehicle and driver were located on Ontario Street North, Grand Bend, where a traffic stop was initiated.

As a result of the investigation, Tina BORIS, 41-year-old of Forest, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with the following offences:

• Operation while impaired- alcohol and drugs
• Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on August 18, 2025, in the City of Sarnia.
