(PEMBROKE, ON.) - The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a driver after a traffic complaint in the City of Pembroke.
On October 9, 2025, just after 6:30 pm, OPP responded to a traffic complaint on Stuart St. in the City of Pembroke. Officers located the vehicle and spoke to the driver. The driver was transported to detachment for testing.
Kyle GAGNON, 42 years old, of Pembroke was charged with impaired operation - drug, two counts of fail to comply with probation, two counts of fail to comply with release order and one count of possession of a schedule I substance.
The accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days. The accused was held for bail and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on October 10, 2025.
