(HARROW, ON)- On June 15, 2025, at 10:43 pm, members of the Essex Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment responded to a traffic complaint in the Community of Harrow in the Town of Essex.

Officers located the vehicle and upon speaking to the driver, determined that they had consumed alcohol. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to a local OPP detachment.

As a result, Ethan DIDONE, 20-years-of age of Harrow has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

• Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor to speak to the charges on June 24, 2025.

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a 7-day Vehicle Impoundment was initiated as per statute.
