TRAFFIC COMPLAINT LEADS TO IMPAIRED CHARGE


(BROCKTON, ON) - On June 2, 2025, at approximately 6:11 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint for a vehicle along Hinks Street, Municipality of Brockton.

Police attended and located the vehicle. While speaking with the driver, the investigating officer detected signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and transported for further testing.

Steven GREEN, 35-years-old, resident of Hanover, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired - B.A.C. 80 plus, CC 320.14(1)(b)

The accused is set to appear on July 9, 2025, at the Walkerton Court of Justice to answer to the charge.
