TRAFFIC COMPLAINT LEADS TO IMPAIRED DRIVING CHARGE


(INGERSOLL, ON) - Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Oxford Detachment responded to a traffic complaint of a suspected impaired driver in the Town of Ingersoll.

On July 19, 2025, at approximately 3:30 am, members of Oxford OPP were dispatched to a traffic complaint on Thames St. in Ingersoll.

As a result of the investigation, Kyle MUTTON, a 34-year-old resident of Ingersoll, has been charged with:

  • Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) 80 plus

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on August 26, 2025.
