(SOUTH-WEST OXFORD, ON) - Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Oxford Detachment responded to a traffic complaint of a suspected impaired driver in the Township of South-West Oxford.

On August 3, 2025, at approximately 7:15 pm, members of Oxford OPP were dispatched to a traffic complaint on Plank Line.

As a result of the investigation, Gurdev DHILLON, a 64-year-old resident of Brampton, has been charged with:

• Operation While Impaired
• Failure to Comply with a Demand
• Dangerous Operation

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on September 23, 2025.
