(ZORRA, ON) - Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Oxford Detachment responded to a traffic complaint, resulting in one person being charged with impaired driving.

On May 31, 2025, at approximately 8:30 pm, members of Oxford OPP were dispatched to a traffic complaint on Road 68 in the Township of Zorra.

As a result of the investigation, Mary DEFRIAS, 46-years-old, of the Town of Ingersoll, has been charged with:

• Dangerous Operation
• Operation While Impaired - Alcohol
• Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) 80 plus

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on June 24, 2025.
