TRAFFIC COMPLAINT RESULTS IN IMPAIRED DRIVING CHARGES


(INGERSOLL, ON) - Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Oxford Detachment responded to the report of a suspected impaired driver, resulting in one person being charged with impaired driving.

On June 28, 2025, at approximately 12:00 pm, members of Oxford OPP were dispatched to King Street East in the Town of Ingersoll for a traffic complaint.

As a result of the investigation, Nathaniel MILLS, a 29-year-old resident of the Town of Ingersoll, has been charged with:

  • Operation While Impaired
  • Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) 80 plus

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on August 5, 2025.
