(PETROLIA, ON) - Police have charged three individuals following a traffic stop in Petrolia.

On June 6, 2025, just before 5:30 pm, members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), conducted a traffic stop on Oil Heritage Road, near Derby Street, Petrolia.

As a result of the investigation, Kaitlin EMMONS, 24-year-old of Forest, has been arrested and charged under the Criminal Code and the Controlled drugs and Substances Act with the following offences:

  • Obstruct Peace Officer
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance - Methamphetamine

Jessie EMMONS, 27-year-old of Lambton County and Hayden MILLER, 22-year-old of Petrolia, have been arrested and charged under the Controlled drugs and Substances Act with Possession of a Schedule I Substance - Methamphetamine.

The accused were released from police custody and are set to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on July 9, 2025, in the City of Sarnia.
