TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO IMPAIRED CHARGE
(LEAMINGTON, ON) - One person has been charged following a traffic stop in Leamington.
On December 8, 2025, at approximately 2:39 am, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a vehicle stop on Talbot Street East in the Municipality of Leamington.
Linda Ann DA PARTEIRA, 36-years-old of Leamington was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offence:
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice - Windsor on December 23, 2025, to answer to the charges.
