(ARRAN-ELDERSLIE, ON) - On July 12, 2025, at approximately 10:49 pm, a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped to check a vehicle along Bruce Road 3 outside of Paisley, Municipality of Arran-Elderslie.

The investigating officer detected signs of impairment. The driver was taken into custody and transported for further testing.

Leslie JANEIRO, 42-years-old, resident of Kincardine, was charged with:

• Operation while impaired - B.A.C. (80 plus), CC 320.14(1)(b)

The accused is set to appear on August 27, 2025, at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice to answer to the charge.
